55 Club members have sent in tributes to Keith Cass, Dave Harwood and Ernie Proctor, who all sadly died in the last month.
Keith was a facilities support engineer, who went on to become Director of Technology at ITN. Dave was a travelling film editor during the 1960s and 70s, and then became a Film and ENG Supervisor. And Ernie was Chief Projectionist in the 1950s and 60s, and was later appointed Production Administrator.
Between them they represent nearly 60 years of ITN history – Ernie was part of the ITN launch team in 1955, Dave worked on many of the big stories in the 1960s and 70s, and Keith was part of the ITN management team for over 20 years before he retired in 2014.
